Since our beginning, we provide our clients with first high quality processed cheese. Our factory is located in a strategic area, in the city of Viseu, with easy access to Porto harbour, allowing us to have dynamism and quick reply to attend any request from our clients. Melki follows all the required sanitary and safety regulations, according to current standards from the EU.

Viseu, also called “the city of the green pine”, is a charming medieval city situated on the top of a plateau between the mountain range of Caramulo and Serra. Viseu is well known as the gastronomic capital of the region, as well as being famous for the Origen Name of the Dão wine.
